She was predeceased by: her parents, Iva Lee Welch and Carroll Scroggins; and her brothers, Steve Hill and Carroll Smith. She is survived by: her husband Terry; her sons, Greg (Kellie), Chris (Angela) and Phil (Rachel); her grandchildren, Ryker, Declan, Cypress, Atticus, Bill and Barbara Bishop; her siblings, Kathy Driver (Kenny) and Donnie Smith (Candace); and her sisters-in-law, Tammy Wiles (Harry) and Sandy Hill. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
