He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton LeRoy Valley and Bessie Leliah Crabtree Valley; his wife Hazel Jean Carr Valley; and his brother Stanley Valley. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Arnold of Plumerville, Michael Valley of Conway, Stephen Valley of Danville, Dianna Valley of Conway, Dana Valley of Middletown and Richard Valley of Dallas; and his sisters, Esther Gerry of Springhill and Edie Hutchinson of Arizona. He is also survived by grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
