He was predeceased by: his parents, Diton Garrett and Irene Garrison Garrett. He is survived by: his wife Carma Millsap Garrett; his daughter Debra Kay Garrett Hogan (Bob); his grandchildren, Amy E. Hogan Keyes (Nathaniel) and Joseph Charles Hogan (Leslie); and his great grandchildren, Tucker Hogan, Sadie Hogan and Everlyn Keyes.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Harris Funeral Homes - Morrilton (1325 N Oak St, Morrilton, AR 72110). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
