She was predeceased by: her parents, Cheatum Samuel and Lillie Ethel Casey (Headley); and her siblings, Alvin Benjamin, Clifford Doyle, Evelyn Freda, Geneva Helen, Ira Jayce, Kenneth Lloyd, Merlin Norman, Quinton Roy and Stanley Toytet.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Simon (George) of Batesville, Jimmy Hertz (Addie) of Pleasant Plains, Lewis Hertz of Pleasant Plains, Fred Hertz of Pleasant Plains and John Hertz (Helen) of Pleasant Plains; her grandchildren, Joey (Suzie Slisher), Joe (Georgena Tate), Chris (Elizabeth Hertz), Freddie Hertz of Bradford, Michael (Jessica Hertz) and Jessica Norris of Pleasant Plains; and her stepgranddaughter Lori Neeley. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren and 3 step-great grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
