He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Staggs and Fannie Staggs (Martin); and his brother Ledoy Staggs. He is survived by: his wife Linda Louise Staggs; his sons, Kenny Lynn Staggs (Shelia) and Kendell Lee Staggs (Lisa); his siblings, Clentis Staggs (Nellie) and Kathleen Trewyn (Dale); his grandchildren, Ashley Hernandez (Steve), Nathan Staggs, Kendra Staggs Harrell (Randy), Andrew Hess (Jenifer) and Robby Coppens (Tracey); and his great grandchildren, Dylan Harrell, Gage Hess and Kaylah Edwards.
