She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Darby; her parents, Charlie Whitted and Irene Whitted; her siblings, Loyd Whitted, Charlene Neil and Dorothy McGaugh; her brother-in-law Gary; her sons, James Brown Jr. and Robert Brown; and her grandson Austin Darby.
She is survived by: her children, Fred Brown, Charles Brown, Shawn Darby, Jason Darby (Jennifer), Shelley Harrington (Duane) and Jamie Lowman (Chris); her daughter-in-law Betty Brown; her grandchildren, Erin, Justin, Ronni, Blake, Nikki, Christopher, Brianna, Ashley, Anthony, Mandy, Tanner, Raelynn, Melissa, Robert and Hailey; and her siblings, Jack Whitted, John Whitted, Margie Young, Peggy Dunigan and Thressa Phillips. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Brinkley First Assembly of God Church (719 N Charlyne Ave, Brinkley, AR 72021). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
