He is survived by: his daughter Pam Hays (Joey) of Pleasant Plains; his brother Dan Jr. Rainbolt (Mary) of Mountain Home; his grandsons, Matt Hays (Erin Beth) of Pleasant Plains and Ben Hays (Mandy) of Pleasant Plains; and his great grandchildren, Piper Hays of Pleasant Plains, Tenley Hays of Pleasant Plains, Lydia Hays of Pleasant Plains, Nora Hays of Pleasant Plains and Layla Hays of Pleasant Plains. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
