He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior Scoggin and Florence Scoggin (Thommason); his wife Anita Scoggin; his daughter Jalisa Scoggin; and his nephew Anthony Woodham.
He is survived by: his children, Travis Scoggin of Batesville, Vincent Brimer of Velvet Ridge and Rebecca Brimer of Velvet Ridge; his siblings, Scotty Scoggin of Pleasant Plains and Katherine Woodham of Batesville; his grandchildren, Terra Bell, Suellen Watson of Velvet Ridge and Zeb Watson; and his niece Robin Cochran (James) of Glenco.
