She is survived by: her children, Sharon Burfield (Tony) of Plainview and Larry "Dewayne" Bates (Ginny) of Harlen, Georgia; and her brother Billy Charles Smith of Danville. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
