It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eloise Welker (Plainview, Arkansas), who passed away on April 26, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her brothers, Cledis Monroe "Shorty" Davis, Orvill Kello Davis and Walter Wendall "Dick" Davis; her children, Russell Welker (Gail) of Nimrod and Jo Wince of Plainview; her granddaughters, Ashley, Jamie Erika and Phoebe; and her nephew Sandy Fleming.
