She is survived by: her children, Nikisha Beahm of Rogers, Jason Slightom Jr of Fort Smith, Jayla Rose of Dardanelle, Sierra Baskin of Plainview and Chloe Cavins of Plainview; her mother Wanda Standridge of Delware; her significant other Rick Cavins of Plainview; her siblings, Mittie Freeman of Ardina Tippit, Donny Standridge and Ricky Don Standridge; and her grandson Hudson Beahm.
