He was predeceased by: his parents, Laura Gene Reed-Rayford and Willie Purifoy Sr.; his stepfather Cleveland Rayford; his grandparents, George and Willie Mae Holmes; his sisters, Deanna "Toi" Reed and Omeca Purifoy; and his great-nephew Timothy Porter.
He is survived by: his children, Zion Purifoy, Alexandria Purifoy of Pine Bluff, Arkansas. and Anayla Purifoy of Pine Bluff, Arkansas.; his sister Trina Reed of Pine Bluff, Arkansas.; his nieces, April Reed of Pine Bluff, Kendra Reed of Pine Bluff, Jasmine Moore of Pine Bluff, Marquita Reed of Pine Bluff and Shameika Jones of Pine Bluff; and his nephew Loranza Porter III of Wrightsville, Arkansas.. He is also survived by Twenty-one great-nieces and nephews; a host of cousins, aunts, uncles and other relatives and friends.
