William Floyd Foster III Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Floyd Foster III (Pine Bluff, Arkansas), born in Grady, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 17, 2024 at the age of 96. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Floyd Foster, II and Cornelia Alice Foster (Kirkley); his grandparents, James T. Kirkley, Willie Kirkley (Murphy), William Floyd Foster, Sr. and Emma M. Foster (Taylor); his wife Carolyn Sue Foster (Earhart); his daughters, Vicki Floyd Nichols and Cinda Lou Ard; and his granddaughter Melissa Carter.
He is survived by: his close friend Helen McAlister; his children, Rhonda Gardner of Camden, Lisa Melton (Scott) of Beatrice and Lyle Foster (Lael) of Little Rock; and his grandchildren, Pachi Tycer (Paul), Candice Nichols, Mary Ann Romine (Mark), Jared Rose (Julie), Jay-Michael Benjamin Arnold (Jena), Adam Gardner, Ashley Piper (David), Abby Foster and Ella Foster. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
