She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan Young and Birdie Ester Young; and her son Rodney Young. She is survived by: her children, Corey Long of Pine Bluff, AR, Kimberly Smith and Wesley Smith (Deidre) of Maumelle Arkansas; and her siblings, David Young (Ruby), Dannie Williams (Emmett) of Pine Bluff, AR, Alton Young (Veronica) and Sam Young. She is also survived by loving Grandchildren, one Great Grandchild, and several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home (2704 Commerce Cir, Pine Bluff, AR 71601). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Motley Chapel Missionary Baptist Church.
