Williams of Pine Bluff, Rickey (Carolyn Shine), Maurice Shine and Reginald (Stephanie Shine); and her siblings, Lee Earnest Carter of Los Angeles, Bertha and Pauline Cater of Los Angeles. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren, a host of Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
