He was predeceased by: his parents, Clay King Smith and Tommie Carter Smith Stephens; his sons, Douglas Smith, David Smith and Clay Smith; and his siblings, Martha Collins and Sam Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Blackwell Smith; his children, Kathy Fuell (Mark) and James Baker; his grandsons, Derrick and Lucas Fuell; and his siblings, Larry Smith and Myra Cooper.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ralph Robinson and Son Funeral Directors (807 S Cherry St, Pine Bluff, AR 71601). A graveside service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Campground Cemetery - Monticello (194 Campground Rd, Monticello, AR 71655).
