Though Roy may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He is survived by: his parents, Geneva Maddox (Anderson) and Roy Charles Anderson, Sr.; his children, Samerehyia Anderson and Tyler Anderson; his siblings, Shaneka Anderson, Sharonda Anderson and Justin Anderson; his friend Enicka Scarver; his grandmother Pearlie Mae Sims; and his stepgrandmother Louise Maddox.
The lying in state was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hope Apostolic Faith Ministries Church (5910 Carbon St, Pine Bluff, AR 71602-4381). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A repast was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at the Forest Lawn Memorial Cemetery (6219 Princeton Pike, White Hall, AR 71602).
