He was predeceased by: his parents, Hans Siegfried Johnson and Nathalie McSwine Johnson; his nephew John Bates Avery Johnson, IV; and his niece McKenzie Culver Johnson. He is survived by: his brothers, Siegfried Johnson (Sherry) and Johnny Johnson (Karen) of Dallas, TX; and his nieces and nephews, Page Johnson, Ashley Johnson, Brittany Rupple, John Allen Rupple, Cameron Johnson, Christian Taylor, Evy Wagnon, Avery Wagnon and Nathan Wagnon.
