He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Raglon Armstrong; his children, Ervin Armstrong, John Armstrong, Patricia MCcreight (Terry), Nettie Marie Jackson and Catherine Armstrong-Mathis (Jerry); and his stepson Dwayne Armstrong. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
