He is survived by: his wife Jerline Bullard (Perry) of Pine Bluff, AR; and his children, Robert Bullard, III of Houston, Texas, Gerald Bullard of Pine Bluff, AR, Kevin Bullard of Fontana California, Corkey Vantwan Bullard of Marvell, AR and Stacey Franklin of Austin, Texas. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
