She is survived by: her spouse Donny Thomas; her parents, Inez V. Smithwick and Clyde H. Smithwick; her sister Beverly Smithwick Morrisey of Pine Bluff; her husband Donald A. Thomas of Hot Springs; her brothers, Richard Smithwick (June) of Catoosa, OK and Bill Smithwick (Cecile) of Pine Bluff; her children, Greg Thomas (Lisa) of Fayetteville and Brad Thomas (Jamie) of White Hall; her grandchildren, Daniel, Rachel and Hayze; and her brother-in-law George Morrisey Sr.. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
