She was predeceased by: her parents, Garland Pete and Vivian Kerns Cullipher; and her brothers, Roy Cullipher and Larry Cullipher. She is survived by: her daughter Dina Plumlee (Joey) of Star City; her grandchildren, Zach Melhorn (Taylor), Nic Scherff and Chloe Plumlee; her great grandchild Asher Melhorn; her brother Thomas Cullipher of South Carolina; and her close friend Johnnie Whitehead of White Hall.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapel of Ralph Robinson & Son (807 S Cherry St, Pine Bluff, AR 71601). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
