She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Willie" Rabun and Connie Taylor (White); and her husband James E. Thompson, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, James E. Thompson, II of Fort Worth, Texas, Rita Hughey of Little Rock, AR, Angela Thomas of Pine Bluff, AR and Connie Threet of Rockville, Maryland; and her siblings, Myra Rabun-Jarmon of Pine Bluff, AR, Rickey Taylor of Greenville, Mississippi and Ronald Taylor of Los Angeles, California. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. James United Methodist Church (900 University Dr, Pine Bluff, AR 71601).
