He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeff David and Effie Hazel Draper Hall of Malvern; his siblings, Vada Sue Hall, Jeff Hall (Wallace Hall), Mary Louise Hinkel and Rachel Ann Richardson; and his son Brian Scott Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hall; his granddaughters, Lillian and Audrey; and his daughter-in-law Beth Hall. He is also survived by friends and neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Chapel of Ralph Robinson & Son (807 S Cherry St, Pine Bluff, AR 71601). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 1:45 PM at the same location. A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
