It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Jean Brooks Collins of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, born in England, Arkansas, who passed away on September 8, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, David Brooks and Elma Brooks; and her siblings, Wayne, Donald Ray and Juanita.
She is survived by: her daughter Debra Denise Collins (Goldmon); her grandchildren, Camille and Dell (Jacqueline); and her siblings, Ella, Patricia, Darlene, Arbradella, Arthur and Dwight. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Even throughout her battle with Alzheimer's, she could recite the Lord's prayer flawlessly and effortlessly, a testament to the power of her faith.
