Burns of Pine Bluff, AR; his daughters, Jarrell Synclaire and Ja'Rial Maree Burns of Pine Bluff, AR.; his siblings, Elizabeth Weeams (Robert) of Denver, CO, Joffra "Josh" Seaborn Burns Jr. of Pine Bluff and Donald Lynn Burns of St. Louis, Missouri; his parents-in-law, Reeda Elerby of Pine Bluff, AR and Jerry Elerby of Little Rock, AR; and his sisters-in-law, Tarrah Elerby of Pine Bluff, AR, Linda Faye Burns of Pine Bluff, AR, Crystal Burns of Pine Bluff, AR and Carla Burns of El Dorado, AR. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
