He was predeceased by: his parents, John William and Mattie Jane Higgins Haynes; his wife Etta Jeanette Haynes; and his brother James Haynes. He is survived by: his children, John "Jay" Haynes, Jr. (Amy) and Janelle Haynes; his siblings, Floy Ann Harper, Barbara Ellen Shinn (Jim), Marie Junice Navarro (Jesus), Edith Marie Severns and Lee Alexander Bates; and his grandchildren, Zoey Haynes, Jordyn Haynes, Alek Haynes and Kytelynn Haynes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and at 10:00 PM.
