He is survived by: his parents, Jimmy Welch Sr. and Dorothy Prince Welch; his daughter Ashley Harrison (Tyler); his sister Vickie Heiser; his grandchildren, Presley and Reagan Harrison; and his nephews, Micah Heiser and Joshua Rochner.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of Ralph Robinson & Son (807 S Cherry St, Pine Bluff, AR 71601).
Memorials may be made in Jimmy's honor to the American Diabetes Association.
