He is survived by: his sons, Stephen Foote (Gwen) of Pine Bluff, David Benson (Leilani) of Beebe and Jeffery Foote of Woodlawn; his grandchildren, Jason Foote of Pine Bluff, Kevin Foote (Amy) of Pine Bluff, Caitlin Foote and Dylan Foote; and his brother Roy Smith (Darlene) of Pine Bluff. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
