In the sacred silence of farewell, Herman is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Herman's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Smith and Lula Bell Horace (Hicks). He is survived by: his wife Della M. Horace (Clark) of Pine Bluff, AR; his children, Katrina Horace Everett of Marietta, Georgia, Pamela Redix of Pine Bluff, AR and Rhylan Horace of Pine Bluff, AR; and his sisters, Callie J. Horace of Pine Bluff, AR, Joann Parker of Los Angeles, California, Annie B. Horace-Smith of Pine Bluff, AR and Jettie Mae Jordan of Pine Bluff, AR. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Indiana Street Missionary Baptist Church (1114 S Indiana St, Pine Bluff, AR 71601). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
