He is survived by: his parents, David Simmons, and Roma Simmons, Jr. of Pine Bluff, AR.; his wife Shaundra Simmons of Richmond; his sister Lynn Burnett (Joe) of Las Vegas; and his children, Nicholas Simmons of New York, Timothy Simmons, Christopher Simmons of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Stephen Rodgers of Fayetteville, Ashley Simmons, Brandi Rodgers of Conway and Zsaria'h Simmons.
