She was predeceased by: her parents, Miles Guy, Sr. and Ethel Guy (Ford). She is survived by: her husband Carl L. Nelson, Sr. of Pine Bluff, AR; her children, Carl Nelson, Jr. of Pine Bluff, AR, Anthony Nelson of Pine Bluff, AR, Frederick Nelson of Pine Bluff, AR, Cheryl Lynn Nelson-Henry of Warner Robins, Georgia and Michol Nelson Ingram; and her siblings, Roland Guy of San Diego, California and Gloria Guy of Pine Bluff, AR. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the East End Church of God in Christ (912 S Catalpa St, Pine Bluff, AR 71603).
