He is survived by: his wife Juanita Collins of Pine; his daughters, Minola Brock (Danny) of Pine Bluff, Tammy Collins of Pine Bluff and Kim Hubanks of Redfield; his siblings, Darrel Collins (Brinda) of Cord and Mary Lee Collins of West Plains, MO; and his grandchildren, Tristan Daffan, Justin Daffan, Jessica Lewis, Bradley Hubanks and Taylor Hubanks.
