She is survived by: her children, Jessica Neely Berry and Thomas Edward Berry, Jr.; her grandchildren, Katelin Elizabeth Welter, Emily Katherine Welter, Ireland Grace Horne and Rowan Olivia Berry; her stepgranddaughter Rosalyn Sides; her great grandchild Elsie Jade Berry; her siblings, Thomas Wayne Neely and Margaret Ann Neely; her former husband Kenneth Wayne Smith; her daughter Kelly Lee Ann Smith; her fiancé Richard Whaley; and also Kenneth Joshua Smith.
