She is survived by: her children, Teresa Abrams and Jamaal Thornton (Molly); her grandchildren, LaShanika Richardson, Kamisha Murray, Allison Thornton, Temperance Thornton and Amelia Thornton; and her siblings, Terry Hodges and Lawanda Hyman.
