With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bobby Franklin Phillips (Pine Bluff, Arkansas), who passed away on March 27, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Drayton Thomas Phillips and Lavinia Crossett Phillips; his siblings, Herbert, Carey Phillips and Eunice Phillips; and the mother of his children Charlene Marie Scarbrough.
He is survived by: his sons, Tracy, Todd and Travis Phillips; his grandchildren, Josh, Katelyn, Brandon and Michael Phillips; his great grandchild Beckett Phillips; and his sister-in-law Jo Ann Phillips.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that contributions be made to the Shriners.
