He was predeceased by: his parents, James D. "Jim" Kisner and Elma Needa McEntire Kisner; his adoptive father Maynard Willis; his son John Willis; and his siblings, Bob Willis and Peggy Sue Willis.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Helen Willis (Baker) of Pindall; his siblings, David Willis of Fayetteville, Charles "Chuck" Kisner of Methow, Washington and Dixie Kisner of Yakima, Washington; his sister-in-law Connie Willis of Pindall; his son Wayne Willis (Angie) of Western Grove; his daughter-in-law Janna Willis of Pindall; his son Joe Willis (Kim) of Pindall; his grandchildren, Jessica Vining (Drew), Jena Adams (Chris), Tiffany Bryson (Zac), Jared Willis, Hannah Adams (Shane), Jillayne Phillips (Timmy) and Brady Willis; and his great grandchildren, Cameron, Brayden, Jackson, Lennox, Beckham, Raegan, Hudson, Julian, Renn, Myles and Weston.
