She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Campbell "J. C." and Cora May Allen Harrell; and her siblings, Bertie Lou Cameron, Eleen Harrell, Ollie Vance Harrell, Lydia Mae Mitchell, Elijah Harrell, Ezra "Tuck" Lovell Harrell, George "G. C." Campbell Harrell, Neota Harrell, Lievethe Harrell and Watis Raymond Harrell.

She is survived by: her children, Gary Lynn Beal (Brenda) of Arab, Cora Gail McLain (Ray) of Advance, Marsha Kay Ward of Advance, Brenda Faye Garner (David) of Brownwood, Linda Lou Nelson (Gary) of Advance, Vicki Ann Wheetley (Bruce) of Peoria, James Smith Beal Jr. (Pam) of Zalma and Jesse Howard Beal (Jonna) of Advance; her grandchildren, Meridith Wheetley of Key West, Josh Glasener (Pam) of Duck Creek, Willie Nelson (Sarah) of Advance, Megan Wallace (Cole) of Zalma, Becca Townsend (Cory) of Fisk, Jonathan Beal of Advance, Jessica Bowling (Michael) of Cape Girardeau, Jennifer Beal (Hudson Powers) of Point Lookout and Gracci Ward of Advance; her great grandchildren, Luke, Landree Nelson, Callie Rose Wallace, Elisha and Faith Townsend; her brother Jesse "Ted" Cortez of Kansas City, Missouri; her sister-in-law Shirley Lathum Harrell; and her cousins, Joy Stevens Williams of Belleville and June Allen Vickers of Cookeville, Tennessee.
