We are sad to announce that on January 11, 2022, at the age of 97, Jessie Jordan of Pettigrew, Arkansas, born in Huntsville, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Alvin and Velma Sims Harrington; her husband Elmer Jordan; her sons, Joe Jordan and Danny Jordan; her granddaughter Karen Means; her siblings, May Jameson, Irene Jones, Sarah Blackburn, Garland Harrington, Henry Harrington, Hershel Harrington, Fred Harrington and Eugene Harrington; and her children-in-law, Carma Jordan, Dewey Spurlock and Bob Carlton.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Jordan, Leon (Brenda Jordan), Herb (Janice Jordan), Onelda Carlton, Lynette Spurlock and Pat (James McChristian); her sister Naomi George; and her siblings-in-law, Shelia Harrington and Earl Jordan. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, and thirty great-grandchildren. nine great-great grandchildren, and lots of nieces, nephews, friends, and caregivers.
Due to COVID-19, the family requests masks are worn for both services.
