She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Lloyd and Gertrude Lloyd; and her husband Clarence D. Hawkins. She is survived by: her sister Edith Doughty; and her children, Harriett H. Miller (Robert) and Keith D. Hawkins (Rayma Jean). She is also survived by three Grandsons and three Great Grandsons.

In lieu of flowers donations in Helen's honor may be made to the Perryville Senior Adult Center, 107 N. Magnolia St. Perryville, Arkansas 72126.
