He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy McNeal and Joyce Cowger McNeal; his children, Glenn McNeal and Jannette McNeal Campbell; and his siblings, James Thomas McNeal, Don Carlos McNeal and Mary Ellen McNeal.
He is survived by: his wife Linda McNeal; his children, Gerald McNeal of Conway, Ronald McNeal (Debbie) of Little Rock, Stacy Tucker of Goodyear, Andi Rust (Chris) of Perryville and Renee Rainey (Mark) of Perryville; and his brothers, Bill McNeal of Little Rock and Robert Lee McNeal (Connie) of Nimrod. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
