He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Gerberding Boliek and Katherine Wright Boliek; and his sister Shelor Robin. He is survived by: his wives, Missy Boliek and Melissa Belk Boliek of Perryville; his children, David Boliek, Jr. (Haden) of Fayetteville, North Caroline, Mark Boliek (Jill) of Durham and Mary Alice Boliek (Bryan Bell) of Durham; and his stepson Nathan Willenberg (Tiffany) of Little Rock. He is also survived by his kids, grandkids, family, friends.
