She was predeceased by: her parents, W. T. Forrest and Barbara Sawyer Forrest; and her father-in-law C. H. Stafford. She is survived by: her husband Charles Stafford; her children, Eugenia Stone (Keith) of Perryville, Jaclyn Campbell (Jamie) of Perryville, Creighton Sawyer (Kayla) of Paron and Bobbie Jo Stephen; her mother-in-law Betty Jo Stafford; and her siblings, Benita, Pam, Deanna and Jonathan. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
