He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfred Rudolf and Mary Diana Clement (Graves). He is survived by: his wife Sandy Clement (Jackson); his children, Steve Clement (Cyndi) of Perry, Arkansas, Judy Runnels (Ronnie) of Houston, Samantha Clement of Maumelle and Jamie Priester (Joe); and his siblings, Rusty Clement of Colorado and Dawn Villarreal of Arizona. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
