He was predeceased by: his parents, James Maness and Flora Birmingham Maness; his children, Crystal and Sam Maness; and his daughter-in-law Hannah Maness.
He is survived by: his children, Peggy Clark (Tim) of West Memphis, Rhonda Freeman of Oceola, Chancah Maness, Chelsey Maness, Chris Maness (Nikki) of Oceola, Brad Maness (Brooke) of Conway, Brian of Perryville and Byron Maness of Perryville; and his siblings, David Maness (Deborah), Margaret Dicus, Kay Phillips, Dee Brown (Carlton) and Carolyn Seckrest (David). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
