She was predeceased by: her parents, Lacy Brown and Agnes Marie "Tubbs" Sherrell; her grandson Zack Klutts; and her son-in-law Jim Klutts. She is survived by: her husband John Ballentine; her children, Charles Ballentine (Liz) and Tammy Harrison (Ben) of Pencil Bluff, AR; her grandchildren, Luke Klutts, Jessie Starr (Josh) of Board Camp, AR and John Coley Ballentine (Fayth); her great grandchildren, Lily, Laney Klutts, Lane, Bo Starr, Bella and Abby Ballentine; her sister Mammie Vanderford of Mount Ida, AR; her niece Sheila Hickman of Mount Ida, AR; and her nephew Richard Wheeler (Amber) of Missouri.
