He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ford and Dollie Ford. He is survived by: his wife Gayle Ford; his sons, Doug Ford (Kristy) and Jeff Ford; his grandchildren, Jennica Bridgman (Jared), Dustin Ford (Lindsey), Dave Ford (Kaitlin), Devon Sullivan and Brianna Smith; and his siblings, Bertha Rogers and Donald Ford. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
