He is survived by: his mother Ellen Perkins of Pencil Bluff; his children, Jett, Jagger Perkins of Mount Ida and Nevaeh Galloway-Perkins of Benton; his father James Dean Perkins of Pencil Bluff; his siblings, James Cole Perkins of Pencil Bluff, Jerrod Perkins of Pencil Bluff, Carmen Mullins of Van Buren and Debbie Caviness of Van Buren; his grandmother Retha Romero of Pencil Bluff; his friend Bruce Manuel of Pencil Bluff; and his wife Crystal Johnson of Mount Ida. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and close friends.
