He was predeceased by: his parents, Ples Evans and Ruth Evans (Risley); his brother Hollis Dean Evans; his brother-in-law Alvin Keeter; and his great-nephew Seeley Evans.
He is survived by: his siblings, Lester Evans of Lead Hill, Arkansas, Keith Evans (Paulette) of Peel, Arkansas and Joni Keeter of Yellville, Arkansas; his nephew Cody Evans (Keisha); his nieces, Killien Beard (Stephen), Andrea Erwin (Dennis) and Heather Andersen (David); and his cousin Bonnie Richey.
