He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Martin and Janice Martin. He is survived by: his wife Christina Martin of Peel, AR; his children, Allen "AJ" Martin, Joseph "Joey" Martin, Isriella Martin, Nevaeh Martin and Joe Gensaw (Monica) of Roseburg, OR; his grandchildren, Mystaya Fischer, Shannowah Fischer, Joyciana Gensaw and Ryder Gensaw; and his sisters, Dee Lawson (George) of Tenmile, OR, Yvonne Silveira of Okelong, OR and Denise Valencuela (Condie) of Sutherlin, OR. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
